One couple, four initials. A bet.

M4RF isn’t an acronym dreamt up in a meeting. It’s the initials of four people, our family. We put our name on it because it was the most honest thing to do.

How it startedA choice, not a plan

We met at work. A long professional collaboration that, over time, became something else: husband and wife.

Then the question many people ask and few take seriously: what if we built something of our own? The answer came gradually, between one project and the next. M4RF wasn’t born from a business plan, but from a choice: stop building things for others and start building something of our own.

Brand and graphic design

Romina

Her talent isn’t in the software she uses, but in what happens before: listening.

Clients often arrive with vague ideas and conflicting references. Romina asks questions, notes details that seem irrelevant, and turns them into an identity that makes people say “yes, that’s us”.

Development and architecture

Alessio

A developer for years. He takes care of architecture, performance and security: the things nobody notices as long as they work.

He’s the kind who optimises something that already works, because he knows that in six months it will be under load. Clients rarely see him. They see the results.

The teamPeople we trust

Around us is a network of designers, copywriters, marketers and specialists. Always people we already knew: friends, former colleagues, someone met at the right moment.

When you know how someone works and you’ve already solved a problem together, collaboration is more direct and more honest. Less pointless diplomacy, more substance. Clients can feel it.

From MarfCode to M4RF.

The name has changed, the people and the work haven’t. Websites and e-commerce, apps and business software, brand and graphic design, marketing and automation: five disciplines held together by one team.

Artificial intelligence is one of the tools we use, when it helps. It isn’t the starting point: the starting point is always your problem.

The whyThe hope

At home there are the kids, growing up faster than anyone expects. The hope is simple: that they grow up watching two people work seriously on something they believe in, and understand that the starting point doesn’t have to be a perfect plan, just a choice.

It’s worth it. Let’s talk.
